Veeva Systems is seeking a Product Manager for Falcon Writer to own a core part of the product and work with medical writing, regulatory, and clinical teams to translate workflows into a clear roadmap for engineering.

This hands-on role emphasizes applied AI accuracy and requires collaboration across teams, with a preference for candidates in the Eastern or Central Time Zones and flexible work options to work from home or in the office.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on product management experience.
• Experience shipping AI or ML product features with guardrails and human review.
• Strong ability to translate complex customer workflows into clear product direction.
• Extensive customer-facing experience and cross-functional leadership.
• Builder's instinct to work in the weeds with engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own and design product features from start to finish, including user stories, requirements, and quality checks.
• Collaborate with Development, QA, Project Management, and Product Management to ensure quality delivery.
• Acquire deep subject matter expertise in medical writing and document workflows with regulatory teams.
• Define the metrics that matter and use them to drive prioritization and adoption.
• Be accountable for the success of the product.
