Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a Product Manager to own a core part of Falcon Writer, Veeva's AI authoring product for regulated life sciences content. You will work with medical writing, regulatory, and clinical teams to understand workflows and translate them into a concrete roadmap for engineering.

This hands-on role in applied AI emphasizes correctness, with a preference for candidates in the Eastern or Central Time Zones.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on product management experience.
• Experience shipping AI or ML features with guardrails and human-review.
• Ability to map complex customer workflows into product direction.
• Strong, clear customer-facing communication and stakeholder alignment.
• Willing to work directly with engineering in a hands-on role.

Responsibilities

• Own and design product features from start to finish, including user stories, requirements, and quality checks.
• Collaborate with Development, QA, Project Management, and Product Management to deliver high-quality products.
• Acquire deep subject matter expertise in medical writing and regulatory workflows.
• Define the metrics that matter and use them to drive prioritization.
• Be accountable for the success of the product.
