Job summary

Lunova Group is recruiting a results‑driven General Manager to oversee Puerto Rico operations in the elevator industry. The role will own the branch's full P&L, drive profitable revenue growth, and provide strategic oversight across all departments and business lines.

The General Manager will champion a safety‑first culture, promote teamwork and ownership, and lead by example with integrity and professionalism. Experience in elevator or related building services sectors is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing talent.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive decisions.
• Elevator industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee department managers and provide direction and training.
• Model and administer the safety program.
• Manage P&L and monitor margins and EBIT across business lines.
• Oversee service contracts and client retention initiatives.
• Build relationships with clients, elevator consultants, and building owners.
• Ensure performance reviews for union and non‑union staff.
• Stay current on elevator codes and employment laws.
• Collaborate with regional teams across operations, sales, accounting, safety, and HR.
• Approve purchasing, contracts, and price adjustments.
