Lunova Group is recruiting a results-driven General Manager - Service to lead our client’s Miami operations within the elevator industry. This role is responsible for driving profitable revenue growth, P&L performance, and operational excellence across the Service and Repair business lines.

The General Manager will oversee branch operations, customer retention, sales performance, and team development while ensuring financial and operational goals are consistently achieved.

The General Manager will champion a safety-first culture, set high standards for customer service and accountability, and develop strong relationships with employees, customers, elevator consultants, building owners, and other key stakeholders.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proven operational leader with experience in the elevator industry or related building services sectors such as HVAC, fire and life safety, or mechanical contracting.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Leads branch operations and department managers, driving a culture of safety, accountability, professionalism, and customer service.
• Owns branch P&L performance, ensuring Service and Repair operations achieve revenue, EBIT, gross margin, and budget targets.
• Drives profitable growth by partnering with sales leadership to expand the customer base and identify new Service and Repair opportunities.
• Oversees service contract retention, with direct involvement in “at risk” accounts and key customer relationships.
• Builds strong relationships with clients, elevator consultants, building owners, property managers, and prospects.
• Monitors market activity, including service and repair volume, backlog, outstanding bids, market penetration, and staffing needs.
• Leads, develops, and manages performance for union and non-union employees while maintaining compliance with applicable labor agreements.
• Maintains knowledge of elevator codes, regulations, products, equipment, and industry requirements.
• Reviews key financial activities, including accounts receivable, credits, write-offs, and problem accounts.
• Collaborates with regional and corporate teams across operations, sales, accounting, safety, HR, legal, and labor relations.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Proven P&L management and operational leadership experience.
• Experience leading Service and Repair operations strongly preferred.
