Job summary

TK Elevator in Puerto Rico seeks an experienced General Manager to drive revenue growth and manage the branch P&L across all departments. You will model safety, professionalism, and ownership while leading a team to exceed business goals.

You will oversee operations, ensure cost efficiency, and maintain strong client relationships with owners and engineers. A Bachelor's degree and proven talent development are required for this leadership role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Thorough knowledge and general management methods in the elevator or related industries are required.
• Proven success managing and developing talent within the workforce.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions and deal with various abstractions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise department managers and superintendents with direction and training.
• Lead safety program administration and uphold safety commitments.
• Manage branch P&L, ensure monthly budget targets and gross margin goals.
• Collaborate with sales to increase customer base and retain contracts.
• Maintain relationships with clients, consultants, building owners and managers.
• Oversee HR processes and ensure compliance with union/non-union policies.
