Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Business Unit Leader, Early Intervention within the DePuy Synthes MedTech organization. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in people leadership.
• Pharmaceutical Sales, Marketing and Market Access leadership experience preferred.
• Orthopedics experience and DTP/patient activation understanding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own overall national sales strategy and lead execution to achieve EI sales objectives.
• Stand up business capabilities to support long-term EI success post-separation.
• Develop long-term strategic vision for EI to extend market leadership.
• Oversee market access and pricing strategies, contracting and payor engagement.
• Lead and develop Early Intervention Leadership teams and partner engagement.
• Create and manage sales compensation framework and budgets.
