Popeyes is seeking a General Manager to lead our restaurant operations, drive team performance, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. You’ll coach and develop staff, manage costs and compliance, and push for sales growth in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of restaurant management, strong leadership, and financial acumen, with flexibility to work nights and weekends. This role offers growth within a beloved Louisiana flavor brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required.
• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily restaurant operations to highest standards.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members and managers.
• Motivate and coach staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee inventory, food and labor costs, and financial performance.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation compliance.
• Drive sales growth through operations and local marketing.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and administrative tasks.
• Foster a positive team culture aligned with Popeyes values.
