Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; further business/restaurant mgmt studies preferred.
• Minimum of two years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred).
• Ability to work 5 days per week with irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of hiring practices and labor laws; strong leadership and communication skills.
• Basic accounting and computer skills; autonomy after direction.

Responsibilities

• Manage, train, coach crew and shift leads; direct daily operations.
• Open/close the restaurant and prepare staff schedules.
• Monitor inventory and place orders within cost controls.
• Maintain compliance with policies and health/safety standards.
• Resolve guest concerns and ensure high-quality customer experiences.
• Develop and implement action plans for financial and sales performance.
