Popeyes is seeking a General Manager to lead our restaurant to success, oversee daily operations, and drive guest satisfaction while achieving financial targets. You will model excellence and foster a high-energy, inclusive culture.

You will recruit and develop talent, manage costs, uphold health and safety standards, and lead local marketing to grow sales, all aligned with Popeyes values and standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree a plus.
• 3-5 years restaurant management experience, ideally as General Manager or AGM.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills; excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
• Financial and business acumen, including understanding of P&L statements.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards in food quality, guest service, and cleanliness.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop top talent for all team positions.
• Motivate and coach team members and managers to achieve goals and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Oversee inventory management, food and labor costs, and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Drive sales growth and profitability through operational excellence and local marketing.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and administrative tasks efficiently.
• Build a positive team culture that reflects Popeyes values.
