Qualifications

• Must have previous restaurant management experience including scheduling, P&L management, food safety, sales forecasting, and recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Be guest obsessed – uphold top-notch standards of excellence and hospitality.
• Ensure speed of service, accuracy, and positive guest experience.
• Be responsible for the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment and hiring, people processes and performance management.
• Train and develop crew members, shift leaders, and Apprentices, using Chipotle training tools.
• Direct our team to deliver accurate and on-time digital orders.
• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations: scheduling, P&L, sales forecasting, recruitment.
• Keep dining room clean and restaurant guest-ready; uphold food safety and compliance.
• Be accountable for overall financial success and annual sales & cash flow plan.
• Work shifts across lunch, dinner, and weekends.
