Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in Dickson, OK. You will drive sales, manage EBITDA targets, and ensure budget adherence while fostering a culture of accountability.

You will recruit, hire, train, and coach Managers and Team Members; lead FOH and HOH teams; implement the CHARM service model with every guest; and collaborate with area coaches to optimize staffing and controls.

Qualifications

JOB SUMMARYThis position is responsible for the day-to-day management of the restaurant. The incumbent is responsible for growing sales, achieving restaurant EBITDA, meeting budget, and creating a culture of accountability within their restaurant.
