Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Tennessee seeks a Restaurant Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, drive sales and EBITDA, and build a culture of accountability across FOH and HOH.

You will recruit, hire, train, coach, and lead Managers and Team Members, ensure CHARM service, manage inventory and scheduling, and maintain compliance with wage and hour laws.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma or High School equivalency required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Prefer 2 years of hands-on restaurant management experience.
• ServSafe Certified preferred or able to obtain certification within 90 days.
