• Proven track record of building and transforming product portfolios at scale.
• Deep expertise in customer-centric product design, digital experiences, and lifecycle management.
• Strong business judgment with experience balancing growth, risk, and return objectives.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross functional teams across product, marketing, risk, technology and operations.
• Proven leadership to hire, develop, and retain diverse leaders who drive change.
• Executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders across the organization.

• Full Portfolio & P&L Ownership for the Debit Portfolio including bank branded, affinity and sponsorship products.
• Product Strategy & Modernization: design and execute next-gen debit products and value propositions.
• Customer Value & Experience: craft benefits and experiences driving engagement and advocacy.
• Platform Transformation: upgrade loyalty platforms for scalability and reliability.
• Customer Acquisition & Onboarding: grow new customers with streamlined onboarding and approval.
