U.S. Bank is seeking a strategic, results-driven General Manager to lead our Debit Card Products portfolio with full P&L accountability.

The role reports to the head of Proprietary Products and collaborates with Product, Relationship and Technology teams to drive growth, customer engagement, and long-term value across consumer and small business payments. The successful candidate will define multi-year strategy, oversee current products and pursue new product innovations while maintaining

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience managing large-scale consumer financial products with full P&L accountability.
• Proven track record of building and transforming product portfolios at scale.
• Deep expertise in customer-centric product design and digital experiences.
• Experience balancing growth, risk, and return objectives.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across product, marketing, risk, technology and operations.
• Proven leadership and judgment to hire, develop, and retain diverse leaders through change.
• Executive presence, proven experience championing change across a large organization, and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Knowledgeable of changing market conditions, regulatory expectations, and evolving business practices.

Responsibilities

• Own Debit Portfolio P&L and drive multi-year strategy.
• Lead design and modernization of debit card value proposition.
• Develop benefits and experiences across spending, borrowing, and redemption moments.
• Guide loyalty platforms modernization and integration.
• Grow new customer acquisition through targeted marketing and onboarding.
• Design a digital-first customer experience.
• Expand products per customer across the U.S. Bank ecosystem.
• Ensure high-quality servicing and customer advocacy.
