You will oversee product development, sales, finance, and team leadership, owning P&L and building a high-performing team to deliver sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years in leadership roles with measurable outcomes.
• Experience scaling startups and driving growth.
• Preference for data center infrastructure / HVAC knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of operations including product development, sales, finance and team leadership.
• Develop and maintain direct relationships with customers with responsiveness to voice of customers.
• Develop and execute business strategies aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
• Develop and execute operational strategies, processes and best practices to support growth and competitiveness.
• Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering collaboration, accountability and innovation.
• Own overall P&L accountability for the business and sustainable growth.
• Drive business development strategies and expand market presence.
• Leverage parent company and external opportunities to drive sales growth.
• Communicate complex challenges to technical and non-technical leaders and stakeholders.
• Oversee customer communications, delivery, quality and cost.
• Maintain strong professional relationships within and outside the organization.
