Job summary

Daikin Applied Americas, a leader in HVAC, is hiring a Commercial HVAC Technical Support Analyst - Chillers. The role provides technical advice to sales reps, customers and service groups, guiding application, operation and maintenance of HVAC equipment.

You will manage cases in Salesforce, build relationships with customer accounts, and collaborate with engineering to improve products. This is remote-based in Plymouth, MN with Minnesota pay bands and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher in HVAC or mechanical engineering preferred.
• 4+ years in commercial HVAC experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide intermediate HVAC technical support to sales reps, customers and service groups.
• Log and manage cases in Salesforce CRM, ensuring accurate data and timely updates.
• Build relationships with customers and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing on product improvements.
• Prepare training and write service literature to support field staff.
