Job summary

Hendler Family Brewing Company has reopened its newly renovated taproom at Patriot Place and is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead the hospitality team. The GM will drive guest experiences, coach staff, and ensure smooth daily operations aligned with company standards.

Reporting to the Director of Hospitality, the GM will plan events, manage budgets, and uphold a welcoming, inclusive culture while achieving location goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; related degrees are a strong plus.
• TIPS and/or ServSafe & Crowd Manager Certified.
• Minimum 5+ years hospitality experience; minimum 2+ years of management experience.
• Brewery experience a plus; strong staff development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership for all staff and business operations.
• Ensure responsive, exceptional guest satisfaction regularly.
• Communicate and embody the company vision, culture, and values within the restaurant.
• Plan and execute private and public events with hospitality, marketing and events teams.
• Grow and develop staff through timely feedback and development plans with coaching.
• Manage invoices and expenses in conjunction with the finance team for Patriot Place operations.
• Collaborate with HR to recruit, interview, hire, and train front of house staff.
• Set staffing levels and weekly schedules to balance service and costs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
