Job summary

LifeWorks Restaurant Group, an independently operated division of Aramark, seeks a General Manager to plan, manage, and guide multiple contracted services for a client typically generating $2–15M+ in revenue.

The role leads a team, maintains client relationships, manages budgets with financial discipline, and ensures safety and compliance while driving operational excellence across food service, facilities, and more.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a relevant field.
• Ability to focus on client services, entrepreneurship, and growing a strong business.
• Savvy interpersonal skills to communicate with clients, senior management, and support staff.
• Comfortable with contractual requirements and identifying opportunities within contracts.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team providing operational expertise in contracted services and hands-on management.
• Manages client and community relationships at the location and drives satisfaction.
• Builds, develops, and leads a management team to meet objectives.
• Recommends improvements based on contractual obligations and operational needs.
• Partners with Finance to manage a budget and improve financial performance.
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and Aramark standards.
