RDO Equipment Co. in Murray, UT is seeking an Operations Manager - Construction Technology to lead daily operations, develop employees, and create a positive experience for customers and team members.

The ideal candidate is a collaborative, fast-paced leader with proven supervisory experience and industry expertise in parts, service, or aftermarket operations. You will work across sales, service, and technology to drive value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience in construction technology, parts, service, or aftermarket operations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work across multiple teams and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations: Oversee the administrative and operational functions that support the Construction Technology business.
• Support technology growth: Partner with sales and service teams to ensure customers receive exceptional support throughout the technology lifecycle.
• Develop your team: coach and build a high-performing team through regular 1:1s and development conversations.
• Drive operational efficiency: Monitor workflows, processes, and business performance to ensure operational excellence across the region.
• Champion customer success: Help remove barriers, solve problems, and support technology solutions that create value for customers.
