Vibrant SCL LLC in North Liberty, IA seeks a General Manager to lead group home and host home programs within Supported Community Living (SCL) services. You will oversee strategic and day-to-day operations, ensuring person-centered, high-quality supports across multiple locations.

The role requires hands-on leadership, frequent travel between sites, and on-call availability to address operational issues and drive program development, budgeting, and long-term planning.

Qualifications

• Experience managing group homes, host home programs, SCL services, or similar community-based services.
• Experience working with individuals in supported community living settings.
• Demonstrated customer service skills and ability to de-escalate situations.
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and evaluate the Group Home Manager and Host Home Program Manager(s).
• Provide overall leadership and operational oversight for group home, host home, and SCL services.
• Monitor operations to ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently, and per policies.
• Ensure adequate staffing coverage and respond to staffing shortages and emergencies.
• Visit program locations regularly and maintain visibility with staff and individuals served.
• Coordinate with COO on HR and program compliance.
