CLS Living is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead one of our vibrant student housing communities. You will serve as a customer-focused leader, overseeing day-to-day operations, team development, financial performance, and strategic planning to deliver best-in-class service to residents and partners.

This role requires building a high-performing team, managing leasing, maintenance, and property administration, ensuring occupancy targets and NOI growth while maintaining

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in student or multifamily housing is common.
• Experience leading a mid-size team and managing budgets is required.
• Proficient in property management software (Entrata) and MS Office.

Mansioni

• Lead day-to-day operations for a student housing community.
• Develop and mentor staff to build a high-performing team.
• Manage leasing, maintenance, customer service, and vendor relations.
• Ensure compliance with housing laws and company policies.
