Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership experience in commercial real estate, property management, or related industry.
• Proven track record of managing P&L responsibility and achieving financial targets in a multi-million dollar operation.
• Demonstrated expertise in client relationship management and business development within the commercial real estate sector.
• Excellent financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in real estate management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Real Estate License and Property Managers License, required within six (6) months if not currently licensed.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or related field
• Professional certifications such as LEED GA, or equivalent industry credentials
• Strong network of industry relationships and demonstrated thought leadership in real estate

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning initiatives and drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Develop and implement annual operating budgets and capital plans with monthly reporting.
• Analyze financial performance, prepare reports, and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and safety standards across all managed operations.
• Implement tenant satisfaction program and meet regularly with tenants.
• Oversee competitive bidding for third-party services and ensure compliance with standards.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• Manage operations per Property Management Agreements and local regulations.
