Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a General Manager for Industrial Property Management across NorCal. You will lead a team to drive financial performance, tenant relations and compliant operations for a portfolio of industrial assets.

You will develop budgets, monitor CAM activities, and coordinate with clients to meet objectives while mentoring the property management team and aligning with JLL standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership experience in Industrial and/or Retail Asset class experience.
• Proven budget management and financial targets achievement.
• Strong client relationship management and business development in commercial real estate.
• Proficient budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Experience with real estate software and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual operating budgets and capital plans with monthly reporting.
• Analyze financial performance and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Oversee CAM reconciliations, vendor bids, and cost savings initiatives for clients.
• Lead property management team and mentor staff.
• Coordinate on-site visits, tenant communications, and compliance with agreements.
