Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial property management experience with tenant relations
• 3+ years of budget development, financial analysis, variance reporting and CAM reconciliations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsabilités

• Oversee property operations including budgeting, financial reporting, and variance analysis
• Build relationships with tenants and address needs to enhance satisfaction and retention
• Coordinate maintenance, capital improvements, and vendor management
• Prepare detailed financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and market analyses
• Manage lease administration, renewals, amendments, and TI coordination
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements
