Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks an experienced retail property leader to manage operations, leasing and financial performance for a shopping center. The role requires strong leadership, tenant relations, and knowledge of area markets.

On-site position with responsibilities across safety, marketing, and vendor management to enhance asset value and client satisfaction. 8-10 years in retail property management preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) required.
• Real Estate License required.
• 8-10 years of experience in retail property management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the retail property team to meet client objectives and oversee management, operations, marketing and financial aspects.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and integrity of buildings and equipment for all users.
• Negotiate and manage major vendor contracts with cost containment and quality.
• Direct activities of leasing, marketing and tenant relations to maximize property revenue and asset value.
• Oversee financial reports, budgets, and monthly reports; monitor rents and collections.
