Job summary

Classic Collision Corporate Services LLC is seeking a hands-on supervisor to lead our auto repair production team in Florida. You will assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure repairs meet our high standards. This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to coach technicians daily.

You will coordinate with sublet vendors, hold team meetings, and maintain accurate vehicle status in CCC1 while driving productivity in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in auto repair industry or managing a team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills for supervising production staff.
• Able to supervise workflow and ensure repairs meet standards.

Responsibilities

• Assign repair work to technicians and supervise workflow to meet target dates.
• Provide daily supervision and direction to production staff.
• Dispatch work assignments according to ability.
• Ensure repairs are completed correctly in line with Classic Collision standards.
• Schedule sublet work promptly and coordinate with teams.
• Hold daily meetings to discuss schedules and accountability.
• Maintain CCC1 vehicle status information accurately.
• Monitor quality and provide day-to-day coaching to body & paint staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
