Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking a General Manager for the Live Oak Repair Center in Live Oak, TX. You will oversee all operations, drive profitability, mentor staff, and maintain insurer/partner relationships to ensure quality service and growth.

Responsibilities include financial oversight, customer satisfaction, staff recruitment/training, and complying with safety and operational standards. Occasional travel and active participation in marketing are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years collision repair / auto body management experience.
• Proven leadership and ability to develop staff.
• Ability to read and understand financial P&L statements.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Valid driver's license and insurance eligibility.
• Proficient with CCC One estimating platform and management system.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PPT).
• Ability to read/interpret repair procedures and manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Effective verbal communication and presentation to groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead center operations and financial results, mentoring direct reports.
• Drive customer satisfaction and resolve service issues promptly.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and train staff; manage performance.
• Build relationships with insurers and referral sources; coordinate marketing.
• Monitor key performance indicators and ensure Recipe Book compliance.
• Maintain compliance with safety procedures and equipment use.
• Contact claims managers and dealer accounts monthly.
• Travel up to 25% as required to manage multiple centers.
