A national leader in luxury fitness is looking for talented individuals to join our team. We seek a motivated General Manager to lead our studio to success! This position will be based in the San Antonio, TX area.

h3. POSITION

The General Manager will oversee all studio functions, including sales and operations.

h3. REQUIREMENTSul>
  • 2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience preferred
  • Confidence in generating personal sales and supervising Sales Reps
  • Ability to manage multiple revenue streams such as memberships and retail
  • Previous management or supervisory experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in person and over the phone
  • Solution-oriented, results-driven, with a competitive spirit
  • Ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes judiciously
  • Passion for fitness
  • Strong writing and grammar skills
  • Highly organized, proficient in data management, and able to prioritize tasks
  • Professional, punctual, reliable, neat, and organized
  • Attentive to detail and accuracy
  • Trustworthy with confidential information
  • Ability to work harmoniously with colleagues, clients, and the public
  • Proficiency with computers and studio management software
  • College Degree preferred
  • This is a full-time role requiring flexible hours, including nights and weekends
