Position Overview We are seeking a driven, energetic, and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team in a General Manager in Training capacity. This is a growth-oriented opportunity for someone who thrives in a sales environment, enjoys helping others succeed, and is passionate about health and wellness. As a key team member, you will support the studios daily operations while preparing to step into a full General Manager role.

What Youll Do

• Drive studio membership sales through community outreach, lead generation, follow-up, and in-studio presentations


• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by building strong relationships with prospects and current members


• Manage front desk operations including answering phones, scheduling classes, and responding to inquiries


• Support the General Manager with administrative duties, staff development, and daily studio management


• Track and report sales metrics and collaborate with the team to meet and exceed goals


• Ensure the studio remains welcoming, clean, and professional at all times
