Club Pilates is seeking a General Manager to oversee all studio operations from sales to daily operations and manage multiple locations. You will lead a dynamic team and drive member experiences while maintaining strong business performance.

The role requires 2+ years in fitness sales, leadership, and excellent communication. A passion for fitness, strong data management, and the ability to work some nights/weekends are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in fitness sales or related sales experience.
• Proven ability to generate personal sales and supervise Sales Reps.
• Experience managing multiple revenue streams (membership, retail).
• Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Solution-based, results oriented with competitive spirit.
• Highly organized with data management and deadline focus.

• Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and networking.
• Implement sales process to schedule prospects into introductory classes.

• Recruit, onboard, and develop an exceptional sales and front desk team as needed.
• Motivate the team to exceed targets with a clear path to commissions and incentives.
• Independently make decisions related to high level customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio.
• Enforce studio policies and procedures.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and committed individual to join our team as General Manager. The General Manager will oversee all studio functionality from sales to operations and must be ready to handle multiple studio operations at the same time. Requirements:

• 30-40 hours a week with the ability to work some nights and weekends
• 2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience preferred
• Confident in generating personal sales and supervising Sales Reps
• Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including memberships and retail
• Previous management or supervisory experience preferred
• Must have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person and over the phone
• Must be solution-based and results oriented, competitive spirit
• Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgement
