Traditions Hospitality Group is seeking a General Manager to oversee all facets of the operation, guiding teams across departments and driving profitability while maintaining exceptional guest experiences.

You will lead hiring, training, and development, analyze KPIs and financial results, and implement strategies to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction. A strong leadership presence is essential each day.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Background check required.
• Gaming license must be obtainable.
• ABLE license must be obtainable.
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience showing leadership and operations skills.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain a professional appearance per dress code.
