Traditions Hospitality Group is seeking a friendly Server to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced dining environment. You will greet guests, take orders, serve meals and drinks, and ensure accuracy and presentation while maintaining a clean, organized dining area.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the dining experience with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system promptly.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner with accuracy and presentation.
• Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address concerns or special requests.
• Assist with menu recommendations and upsell specials or additional items.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area; reset tables and replenish supplies.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment.
