Traditions Hospitality Group in Denton, TX is seeking a General Manager to oversee all aspects of the operation, driving guest satisfaction, profitability, and team performance.

You will lead multiple departments, implement strategic plans, and ensure compliance with gaming and ABLE licensing requirements while inspiring a high-performing staff.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must obtain Gaming license and ABLE license.
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience with leadership and operations responsibilities.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain a professional appearance per dress code standards.

Responsibilities
