Job summary

Maman, a French bakery, café and lifestyle brand, seeks a General Manager in Hoboken to oversee daily café operations, drive profitability, and lead front- and back-of-house teams. You’ll champion hospitality, manage a team of up to 25, and partner with regional leadership on events, SOPs, and menu launches.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of leadership in hospitality, strong financial acumen, and hands-on experience with Toast or Harri. Flexible availability is a plus.
