Qualifications

• 3+ years of General Manager experience in a lifestyle hotel.
• 3+ years of executive-level Food & Beverage management experience.
• Marriott brand experience is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven track record in managing hotel financials, profitability, and labor costs.
• Hands-on, people-first leadership style with ability to motivate teams.
• Strong operational instincts and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own the Operation: Lead all aspects of hotel operations, including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Sales, Maintenance, and overall financial performance.
• Drive the Numbers: Take ownership of budgets, forecasting, labor costs, expenses, and profitability.
• Bring the Moxy Experience to Life: Create a lively, engaging atmosphere that reflects the brand and Williamsburg's energy.
• Build an Amazing Team: Recruit, develop, coach, and retain associates who bring their best to work and guest interactions.
• Make Guests Want to Come Back: Champion exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
• Lead Food & Beverage: Use executive F&B experience to drive quality, service, team engagement, and revenue.
• Keep Standards High: Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and product quality.
• Partner for Success: Work with leadership to set goals and improve performance.
• Protect the Asset: Oversee maintenance and asset protection.
