Job summary

SSA Consulting Group in Asheboro, NC seeks a General Manager to oversee daily operations across departments, manage budgeting, inventory control, and client relations, and ensure policy compliance.

The role reports to the Area General Manager and Regional VP; you will lead the management team, drive guest experience and financial performance, and coordinate with marketing to optimize results. Requires strong leadership and proven operations experience.

Qualifications

• Five years of operations management experience.
• Two years management experience in cultural, iconic, amusement or museum attractions is a plus.
• ServSafe certification a plus.
• All education backgrounds accepted, must be 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Coach and supervise department managers to meet daily operational needs (financial, staffing, product, merchandising, client expectations).
• Schedule management personnel as necessary.
• Develop training standards for alcohol service, customer service, safety and harassment.
