Style Crest, Inc. is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead sales, installation and operations for a North Carolina region.

You will direct multiple store locations, drive profitability, and ensure exceptional customer service while aligning with company strategy. You will oversee budgeting, labor planning, inventory control, distribution and transportation, and partner with store managers to develop a high-performing team capable of meeting growth goals.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in a related business field.
5+ years in sales and operations (distribution) with P&L responsibility.
Solid understanding of the housing industry and customer channels.
Experience with ERP systems and coordination across locations.
Willingness to travel frequently to be visible at all locations.

Implements sales programs and pricing guidelines to meet financial goals.
Provides leadership to store managers and motivates the workforce.

Maintains security, safety and orderly facilities.
