Ideal candidates bring strong financial acumen, strategic leadership, and a talent for building high-performing teams in a service-focused environment. On-site role with on-call duties 24/7 as required.

Qualifications

• CMCA certification preferred.
• 3+ years as General Manager in a high-rise HOA or Multifamily.
• Excellent communication skills; adaptable.
• Proactive and able to operate solo.
• Experience in property management, community association management, or hospitality leadership.
• Experience working with Boards of Directors and residential communities.
• Strong financial acumen for budgeting and interpreting financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between Board of Directors, homeowners, and WRMC.
• Lead day-to-day operations delivering elevated resident experiences.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
• Prepare and present annual budgets; provide financial insights to the Board.
• Conduct property inspections for quality and maintenance standards.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance.
• Lead bidding for third-party services and oversee projects.
• Supervise and develop on-site staff; foster a professional culture.
• Ensure compliance with governing documents, policies, and laws.
• Oversee community meetings, elections, and Board communications.
• Respond to emergencies and provide on-call support as needed.

• SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Availability for on-call duty is required 24/7, including monthly night board meetings and working sessions.

What You Need to Succeed

• CMCA certification preferred

• At least 3 years of experience as a General Manager in a high-rise HOA community or Multifamily.

• Must possess excellent communication skills and be open and adaptable.

• We are looking for a highly proactive individual to take on this role, as it is a solo operation.

• Experience in property management, community association management, or hospitality leadership

• Proven experience working withBoards of Directorsand residential communities

• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and interpreting financial statements

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of compliance, governance, and community operations best practices

• High school diplomarequired; bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
