Job summary

Virtuous seeks a General Manager for the CRM+ platform to own growth, manage a loyal customer base, and lead transformation toward an AI-native SaaS foundation. You will oversee the health of the business, drive new logo acquisition, expand within the base, and guide product strategy across teams.

You will operate with autonomy, influence, and a strong customer-first mindset to sustain growth and trust in a mature, scale-focused environment.

Qualifications

7+ years in B2B SaaS with GTM or product strategy experience.
Proven ability to grow revenue while protecting or improving retention.
Strong commercial instincts to diagnose needs, diagnose pipeline/retention issues, and design fixes.
Comfort operating a platform business with integrations, ecosystems, and partner motions.
Experience with nonprofits or mission-driven organizations is a plus.
Exceptional communicator in writing, on Zoom, and on stage.
Bias for action balanced with discipline to run a mature business while pushing innovation forward.
