Job summary

Virtuous seeks a General Manager for CRM+ to own the full business and drive significant growth while preserving customer trust. You will guide the product strategy, lead the AI-native transformation, and coordinate across sales, engineering, support, marketing, and product teams to scale a mature SaaS platform for nonprofits.

You will focus on health, innovation, and growth of CRM+—acquiring new logos, expanding within existing customers, and preserving high retention—while advancing agentic AI

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, with exposure to GTM or product leadership
• Strong track record of growing revenue while protecting retention
• Exceptional communication and leadership in a cross-functional environment
• Experience with or selling to nonprofits, higher education, or mission-driven orgs is a plus
• Comfort operating a platform business with integrations and ecosystems

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmaps and long-term vision for CRM+ as the foundation of the Virtuous ecosystem
• Lead the AI-native architecture evolution and drive adoption of Agentic AI tools
• Define GTM strategy for new logos, expansion, and renewals with executive leadership
• Be the public-facing voice for CRM+ at industry events and in media
• Own CRM+ P&L and collaborate on ARR, NRR/GRR, and pipeline targets
