Job summary

Staci Americas is hiring a General Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our Avondale, AZ fulfillment site reporting to the VP of Operations. The role oversees multi-client operations, enforces health and safety standards, and drives performance at this fast-growing 3PL.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of five years in a General Manager role, a bachelor’s degree in Supply and Logistics or related field, and a proven ability to mentor staff, manage budgets, and deliver revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 5 years minimum experience as General Manager or similar role.
• BSc/BA in Supply and Logistics Management or related field.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, coach and develop all levels of staff.
• Communicate vision, strategy, and expectations to the team.
• Manage operations departments: Receiving, Put Away, Picking, Packing, VAS, Fulfillment, Shipping, Inventory Control.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost financial performance.
• Design and set goals for revenue growth and client engagement.
• Prepare regular reports for senior leadership and clients.
