Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, shipping, fulfillment and distribution operations.
• Provide coaching and guidance to associates and leads.
• Ensure safety, GMP and SQF compliance, including PPE/hygiene policies.
• Perform internal audits and implement processes and procedures.
• Relay quality philosophy to warehouse personnel.
• Collaborate with procurement to maintain inventory supply.
• Address nonconformities from audits and close preventive/corrective actions.
