Job summary

Staci Americas is hiring a Warehouse Lead at Avondale, AZ. The role oversees shipping, receiving and storage, leading one or more warehouse functions and guiding staff. Salary is $20.00 per hour with full benefits.

The Fulfillment Lead reports to the general manager and ensures quality, safety, and efficiency in daily operations, including coordinating with customer service and maintaining KPIs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience within a 3PL or fulfillment environment.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Determine work priorities, prepare work schedules and expedite workflow.
• Assign tasks to warehouse personnel for inbound, outbound, and storage activities.
• Operate forklift safely and in accordance with quality procedures.
• Provide backup to Operations leadership.
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup.
• Receive and process warehouse stock and perform inventory controls.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and optimize space utilization.
• Manage KPIs for the area and communicate with supervisors.

We are looking for a WarehouseLead to be based at our Avondale, AZ location, reporting to the general manager. The salary is $20.00 per hour.

Job Summary

The Fulfillment Lead will be responsible for overseeing and participating in the shipping, receiving, and storing of products. The Fulfillment Lead serves as a lead over one or more assigned warehouse functions and is responsible for providing work direction through training and guidance to assigned staff.

Responsibilities:

• Determines work priorities prepare work schedules and expedite workflow.
• Assign tasks to warehouse personnel including inbound unloading/put away, outbound pulling/staging and loading, sanitation, product moves, etc.
• Operate forklift safely, following all quality procedures, and with regard to pedestrians and other lifts, in open and tight areas.
• Provide backup to Operations leadership
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
• Manage and understand KPIs for the selected area
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
• Operate a variety of warehouse equipment and vehicles; utilize a variety of hand tools as required; communicate with the supervisor or other lead personnel to arrange for the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment as needed
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Work closely with customer service team as required
• 2-3+ years’ experience within a 3PL or fulfillment environment
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work overtime and weekend as needed
• Forklift Experience (standup lift/counterbalance lift, cherry picker/order picker)
• High school diploma

Knowledge:

• Quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations

• Time Management
• Working in an organized manner
• A variety of forklifts

Ability

• Work overtime as needed
• Drive a variety of forklifts
• Sun – Thu 8:00am to 4:30pm
• Flexibility to work Sun – Thu and/ or Mon to Fri 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (depend on the business needed)

Selective Preference:

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years’ experience within a 3PL or fulfillment environment, High School Diploma; bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
