Job summary

Ernest is seeking a General Manager for its Avondale, AZ division. This is a hands-on leadership role with full P&L ownership, driving profitability and growth through strong sales and operational leadership across Customer Service, Merchandising/Purchasing, Warehouse, and Distribution.

The GM will work with sales leadership to maintain client relationships, lead the division, and ensure a high-performance culture aligned with Ernest's people-first ethos.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five or more years in a General Manager or senior leadership role.
• Strong outside B2B sales combined with operational leadership.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and achieve results through others.
• Experience managing commercial and operational sides with financial accountability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual business plans for profitability and performance.
• Maintain full P&L responsibility and optimize service and operations.
• Lead and motivate across sales and operations.
