Job summary

Ernest invites an experienced General Manager to lead our Avondale, AZ division. This full-time role carries full P&L ownership and accountability for the division’s sales and operations, including Customer Service, Merchandising/Purchasing, Warehouse, and Distribution.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain an annual business plan to improve division profitability.
Maintain full P&L responsibility and maximize profitability via service, inventory, and operations.
Provide leadership across sales and operations; motivate division staff.
Engage with clients and sales teams to support growth and resolve issues.
Review reports with sales management and resolve operational issues.
Stay current on market conditions and adjust strategy as needed.
Build strong relationships with Ernest suppliers and vendors.
Implement cost-saving measures to improve profitability.
Ensure inventory levels align with month-supply expectations.
Oversee delivery commitments and optimize cost efficiency.
