Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a Store Operations Manager to lead daily store activities in Texas, ensuring cost controls, inventory accuracy, food standards, image, cleanliness, and punctuality.

You will recruit, develop, and retain staff while managing food safety, team member safety, and customer service excellence. Drive sales, profitability, and overall store performance.

Qualifications

• Management experience or similar role required.
• Customer service experience required.
• Fast food/quick service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team to achieve a common goal.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Strong math and numerical abilities.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
