Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to oversee day-to-day operations in a high-volume environment in Grand Prairie, TX. You will drive results through cost controls, inventory management, food safety, and image standards while leading a team to deliver exceptional service.

You will recruit, develop, and retain staff, manage a P&L, and focus on increasing sales and profitability. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential to ensure accountability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required).
• Customer Service experience (required).
• High School education or equivalent (required).
• Valid driver\'s license (required).
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred).
