Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive results, and uphold brand standards.

You will recruit and develop staff, manage food safety and customer service, and work with the team to increase sales and profitability. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proven ability to manage costs, inventory, and labor while ensuring a safe, welcoming, and efficient store environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required).
• Customer Service experience (required).
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred).
• Valid driver's license (required).
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team
• Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
