Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! in Irving is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations, drive guest satisfaction, and develop a high-performing team.

You will own costs, inventory, food quality, image standards, cleanliness, and safety while creating a welcoming, consistent experience for every guest. You must have prior management or leadership experience, a valid driver's license, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a management role is required.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience is preferred.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
