Domino's Team BAM! in Roswell, NM seeks a General Manager to lead store operations, uphold brand standards and coach a diverse team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

In this role you will manage costs, inventory, safety and image, drive sales and profitability, and ensure timely, friendly service that keeps guests coming back.

Qualifications

• Experience in a management role or similar (required)
• Customer service experience (required)
• Fast food/quick service experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license (required)
• High School education or equivalent
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team
• Problem-solving, decision-making, & conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to work as part of a team to achieve a common goal
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
